Grant Subscriber Access

If Squivr or Salesforce support requires the ability to log in as an end-user, how is this activated?

To Grant Login Access there are two methods, depending on whether you are a System Administrator or any other type of user.

Depending on the Organization, the Setup button is next to the logged-in user's name at the top right of the page or listed as a drop-down option when the logged-in user's name is clicked.

Lightning Experience User Interface:

1. Click on the logged-in user's avatar in the top right-hand side of the screen and choose Settings.
2. Click on Grant Account Login Access. 
3. Use the Access Duration pick-list to set the number of days to allow Login Access.
4. Click Save.

Salesforce Classic User Interface:

1. Choose one of the following in Salesforce Classic User Interface:
   • Navigate to Setup --> My Personal Information --> Grant Login Access
   • Navigate to Your Name --> My Settings --> Personal --> Grant Account Login Access
2. Use the Access Duration pick-list to set the number of days to allow Login Access.
3. Click Save.

Squivr Support will never ask for your password. 

Salesforce audits all actions taken while logged in as another user.

Note: Longer support access ( 7 days to 30 days) may be needed.
