This article walks you through the process of assigning Squivr users and granting access to necessary components.
Note: the steps outlined in this article require that you have the Modify Users permission set for your profile.
Package License Assignment
- From the Setup menu, navigate to Installed Packages
- Find the Squivr package and click Manage Licenses
- Click the Add Users button and select all Users you wish to be able to use Squivr
Permission Set Assignment
See Squivr User Permissions for details on assigning the correct Permission Sets to your users.
Note: For initial trials, pilots, sandbox proof of concepts, or other testing, we recommend that you assign just the "Squivr Full Admin" permission set.
A permission set is a collection of settings and permissions that give users access to various tools and functions. Permission sets extend users’ functional access without changing their profiles and are the recommended way to manage your users’ permissions.
Use the below table as a guide for assigning Squivr permissions.

*An example of a Base User is a partner portal use
'Product' is to be replaced by the product you are assigning. If you are using ArcSight for instance, you would see Org Chart in place of 'Product': Squivr Org Chart Base, Squivr Org Chart View All, and Squivr Org Chart Modify All.
