There are two Custom Permissions included in the Squivr package that enable administrators to set component visibility for Org Chart, Timeline & Gantt.
Custom Permissions
- Org Chart Component Access: available as part of the Org Chart Base Permission Set
- Playbook Component Access: available as part of the Playbook Base Permission Set
Component Visibility
Ensure the correct users are seeing the correct Squivr components. As part of standard Salesforce functionality, Lightning Page Components can be dynamically exposed or hidden based on certain parameters. As an admin, you can leverage the Custom Permissions in the Squivr package to determine who should see which components. This allows you to maintain a single page while avoiding an insufficient privileges message for unlicensed users.
