Filter Playbook Activities by Owner

Squivr Milestones and other record level activities can be filtered by the assigned User or Queue. This allows you to further focus in on past due and future activities with the additional context of who is responsible for completing. If your Milestone Templates are built to support a process involving multiple people and teams, this filter offers end users a quick way to see what they own as part of a more complex process.

Filtering by Owner

• The Filter by Owner bar only renders if existing activity records are owned by multiple Users or Queues
• The values available to filter by is dynamically populated based on the unique set of activity owners at that point in time
• The filter is available on both the Timeline and Gantt components

• Selecting an Owner to filter by on Timeline will result in Gantt being filtered as well (and vice versa)
