This guide explains how Salesforce Administrators configure Quadrants templates, boxes, and library items, and deploy Quadrants to Account and Opportunity pages.
1. Assign Permissions
Assign the correct permission set(s):

| Squivr Quadrants Base Lite | Standard create/edit access (no Squivr Application access) |
| Squivr Quadrants Base Read Only | View-only access |
| Squivr Quadrants View All | Read all records (extension for a Base permission set) |
| Squivr Quadrants Modify All | Full org-wide access (extension for a Base permission set) |
2. Create a Quadrant Template
Navigate to the Quadrants Configuration tab
Select Templates
Click New Configuration
Enter:
Name (example: “SWOT Analysis”)
Description (optional)
Active = true
Click Save
Templates define the full quadrant structure.
3. Create Boxes
Open your template
Go to the Boxes tab
Click New Box
Configure:
Label (example: “Strengths”)
Description (helper text shown to users)
Background Style (predefined style token)
Icon (selected via icon picker)
Library Type Key (example:
STRENGTH)Sort Order
Active
Repeat for each box

4. Add Library Items (Optional)
Navigate to the Library tab
Click New Item
Enter:
Title
Description
Type Key (must match a box’s Library Type Key)
Active = true
Save
Library items provide standardized options for users to select.
5. Add Quadrants to Record Pages
Open Lightning App Builder
Edit the objects record page
Drag the Quadrants component onto the page
In component properties:
Select the Configuration Template
Optionally override the Component Title
Save and Activate
Admin Notes
Template changes only apply to new quadrant instances
Existing quadrants retain their snapshot structure
Library items must remain Active to appear in pickers
