Evaluate Object Rules Manually

Create an Action on the Parent Object or Object specified in the Object Rule Configuration

Since Squivr AI can be utilized across standard and custom objects of your choice, you can create an action to fire object rule evaluations manually. This is to be utilized for Rule Hierarchies and Field Updates.

Included Actions

• Account - Initiate Object Rules
• Contact - Initiate Object Rules

Out of the box, Squivr offers actions for the Account and Contact object. To utilize these outside of the Squivr App, you will need to add the action to your Lightning Page or Page Layout. 

In order to create an action on a separate Standard or Custom Object you will do the following:

1. Navigate to the desired Object in the Salesforce Setup Object Manager
2. Select Buttons, Links, and Actions
3. Select New Action
   1. Action Type = Lightning Web Component
   2. Lightning Web Component = squivr:initiateObjectRules
   3. Label = Initiate Object Rules / label of your choice
   4. Click Save
4. Add the Action to your Lightning Page or Page Layout
