The following updates were made as part of this release (3/31/2021):
- Org Chart performance optimizations
- Contact and Account nodes are now loaded when they appear in current view allowing large hierarchies to load without delay or timing out
- Moved tree restructure to the front end resulting in a more responsive UX when changes are made on Org Chart
- New functionality added to Org Chart to handle for Accounts with a significant number Contacts represented in a flat hierarchy
- When Org Chart loads, if more than 200 Independent Contacts exist, the user is presented with a prompt to either move all Independent Contacts to the Parking Lot or proceed to Org Chart to view a subset of the data
- After moving Independent Contacts to the Parking Lot, the user can more effectively begin building out the hierarchy
- Improved Org Chart expand and collapse functionality
- The top 5 levels of an Account hierarchy are now automatically expanded when navigating to Org Chart (meaning that the Parent, Child, Grandchild, Great Grandchild and Great Great Grandchild Account records are automatically displayed)
- As a user expands or collapses levels within a hierarchy, their preferred view persists for that Account when they change the layout option or navigate away and back to that Account
- Remove Independent Contacts functionality within Parking Lot updated to include a progress bar
- Updated default behavior of the Squivr Task Trigger to only execute logic if an active Milestone Template exists
