The following updates were made as part of this release (1/9/2023):

• Enhanced 5 Star rating functionality
  • When the Enhanced Star Rating Menu setting is enabled, you are able to define which input values appear in the 5 Star Rating Menu and capture trend as these values change over time

  • When the Sentiment Average setting is enabled, the Sentiment Menu footer Icon on the Contact Cards reflect the average of historic Sentiment entries
